Doc Burnstein’s
Ice Cream Lab features
hand-crafted, super-premium ice cream presented in glass
dishware in the only nostalgic ice cream parlor on the
Central Coast.
Come in and see our model
trains running around the parlor and over bridges, even
through mountains and into the party room. You can also
watch through the Lab viewing window as the Doc and his
Lab Assistants make their super-creamy inventions right
before your eyes. Make your next birthday party or special
event memorable by holding it at Doc Burnstein’s,
or inquire about having Doc set up a sundae bar at your
location.
